The Fruit of the Spirit

INTRODUCTION

A.When the Apostle Paul included faith in his discourse on the fruit of the Spirit, he was not speaking of merely believing.

1. Remember, he was writing to the Church, which already had a foundation of faith. Romans 12:3, “For I say, through the grace given to me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.”
